Delivery of orders

Delivery time, order and shipping costs

Your order will be delivered by our carriers. Orders may be collected in exceptional cases and only with RED profs’ agreement. For delivery addresses within Benelux, if we receive your order on Mondays to Fridays before 14:00 we will make every effort to deliver your order within 24 hours. For delivery to other countries within the EU, please allow a delivery time of 3 – 4 days. For delivery on a Monday, please place your order before 14:00 on the previous Friday.

No deliveries are made on Dutch public holidays or weekends.

Our administration and delivery charges for deliveries within Europe are as follows:

Orders up to 100 Euro: 15 Euro.

We charge a 15 Euro surcharge on items in non-standard sizes. Items incurring this surcharge are clearly marked on the website.

During the ordering process you must clearly state your delivery address. If this is a building site, you must provide clear instructions for the carrier stating where the goods are to be delivered. You must also provide a mobile phone number of a contact person who the carrier can contact in case of difficulties. NB: There must be someone present to take receipt of the delivery.

You will receive an e-mail when your delivery has been shipped. We make every effort to monitor our online product range constantly. To enable us to deliver your order, we are dependent on several different factors. When your order is being processed, we may occasionally find that a product you have ordered is no longer in stock or no longer meets the quality standard we insist on. In that case RED profs will contact you as soon as possible.
