Any complaints concerning an order and/or delivery of RED profs products or other complaints must be notified to RED profs in writing within one week of their discovery, but no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods.

 

This can be done in two ways:

By e-mail to klantenservice@redprofs.com

In your written notification to RED profs, you must always include the following:

Your name and company name.

Your address and telephone number on which you can be contacted during working hours.

The order number and invoice number of the order to which the complaint relates.

A clear description of the complaint.

 

RED profs will respond as follows:

You will receive confirmation of receipt of your written complaint as soon as possible. Complaints sent to RED profs will be answered within 14 days of the date of receipt. If a complaint is deemed likely to take longer than 14 days to process, RED profs will respond within 14 days with confirmation of receipt and an indication of when you can expect a more detailed answer.
